Oaks North Community Center, Inc. is the master association of a 55+ adult community with 14 individual residential areas. Oaks North is part of the master-planned development of Rancho Bernardo, within the city limits of San Diego, 26 miles northeast of downtown. The Community Center serves as the social and recreational hub for 1,963 single family and condominium homes in the association.

Book Club: TISHA: The Story of a Young Teacher in The Alaskan Wilderness by Robert Specht

We meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month. We discuss the same book in the morning and evening meetings; you can attend either meeting or both. Movie Night - "The Ballard of Wallis Island"

Charles (Tim Key), an eccentric lottery winner who lives alone on a remote island and dreams of getting his favorite musicians, McGwyer Mortimer (Tom Basden & Carey Mulligan) back together. His fantasy turns into reality when the bandmates and former lovers accept his invitation to play a private show at his home on Wallis Island.
 
Admission is free (no tickets required), and popcorn is also complimentary!  Subtitles for the hearing impaired. Oaks North residents only – no guests.
