Lawn Bowling

The Oaks North Lawn Bowls Club has been active since 1974, offering participation for players at all skill levels. Club membership is open to all residents of Oaks North. The club is the second largest recreational group at the Community Center with games played every day, offering the opportunity to get some light exercise while meeting new friendly Oaks North residents. In addition to lawn bowls, club membership offers many extra social activities throughout the year.

While the friendly daily social games which all members are encouraged to participate in, the club also offers a competitive side for interested members. Many of the club's more skilled players actively participate in local inter-club league play and division tournaments which are scheduled regularly throughout Southern California. The club is a member of the Southwest Division of Bowls USA, the national governing body for lawn bowling in the United States.
