Board Secretary - Madeline Noakes

I am delighted to join the diligent and energetic ONCC Board of Directors!
 
I have lived in the Oaks North community since 2014, moving with my husband Tom from the La Mesa area of San Diego. I am a native San Diegan and was an educator for over 40 years at both the high school and community college levels with various leadership roles throughout my career.
 
Since 2015, I have been active with the Chapala Board of Directors as an ARC Committee member, Director-at-Large, Vice President, and President of our Chapala HOA. I have enjoyed working with and getting to know my small community.
 
I now look forward to working with and representing a much larger group, ONCC homeowners.
