Board Vice President - Jeff Davis

My wife and I purchased our home in Oaks North in 2012 and moved here full-time in 2015.  We were no strangers to Rancho Bernardo, having owned two previous homes in RB and one in nearby Poway.  We have enjoyed Oaks North and Rancho Bernardo, and all they have to offer.

 

Before retiring in 2016, I was an attorney specializing in corporate insolvency.  Significant portions of my practice related to various real estate issues and advising boards of directors and corporate officers on their fiduciary duties.  My knowledge in these areas will help me in my duties as vice president of the board.  I will use my background, experience and ability to appreciate differing views to work with the rest of the board to maintain and improve our facilities, and endeavor to make Oaks North an even better community for all of our Oaks North neighbors.
