Board Secretary - Sherri de Charon

I moved here in 2014 and love this community. I worked almost 40 years in corporate management, in numerous industries but primarily software and logistics. My experience includes building sales departments from the ground up, executive level sales, contract negotiations, training, and budgeting. Time to put that experience to work!
I want to serve as a positive voice, both formally and informally, internally and externally, encourage a healthy dialogue between board members and homeowners, and use my management background to contribute to the overall governance of the organization.
As a board member, I believe it my duty to help maintain and upgrade the property economically and within the established budget; taking a conservative approach so as to protect our investment.
I’ll work hard and raise my hand when called upon, but do have a full life outside the board which includes painting, travel, and six Great Grandchildren. I look forward to meeting and working with and for you!
